Our Process
Servicing San Antonio, TX & Surrounding Areas
Our Process
First Visit & Deposit
Meet with Z7 Concrete at your property. We’ll go over your possible options, determine the best location based off elevation measurements and survey study. When you are ready for the next step, we will send over our construction service agreement for you to review. Once signed, that 5% deposit will be collected along with the construction service agreement.
Survey & Property Study
An extensive study is conducted to determine what is possible on your property. An up-to-date survey is required for a thorough evaluation. If there’s isn’t a current survey available, Z7 Concrete may obtain one for an additional charge
Design & Materials Selection
A customized 3D rendering is created to show the project down to the most minimal detail allowing you to see all materials and facilitate the selection process.
Plan Prep & Permitting
Architectural and foundation plans are prepared. Our architect/designer is responsible for designing beautiful and functional projects, while our civil engineer provides the technical expertise required to ensure that these designs are structurally sound and compliant with local codes and regulations. By working closely with both professionals, we can ensure that our designs not only look stunning but also function optimally and meet all necessary safety requirements.
Construction
Once the permit and HOA submissions have been approved we will assign a team to the project, and begin digging.
